Ryan Trisch is an accomplished Operations Leader with over 20 years of experience in driving operations, service delivery, and customer satisfaction across call center, distribution, and collections organizations. They served as the General Manager at Mid Coast Distributors, where they significantly increased revenue and enhanced service levels. At MAP Communications, Ryan led a large team of Call Center Agents and successfully improved revenue streams and service delivery post-acquisition. Currently, as the Director of the Directory Call Center at Wellist, Ryan oversees a centralized operation focused on optimizing contact rates and enhancing customer satisfaction.
