Ray Morell

Ray Morell is currently the Director of Facilities Management at WellLife Network, overseeing a team of 50 administrative and trade technicians across more than 100 properties. With over 25 years of extensive experience in property management, real estate, and construction, Ray excels in maximizing operating efficiencies and managing various facilities operations. Previously, Ray held roles at Commerzbank AG, where they managed facilities and custodial staff, coordinated significant construction projects, and ensured compliance with safety standards. Ray's career began with a brief tenure as a police officer with the New York City Police Department after graduating with a BS in Finance from Saint John's University.
