David Ng

David Ng is a Partner and Advisor at Wellmade, Inc., a premier studio shed, ADU, and house prefab manufacturing company in the San Francisco Bay Area, since June 2025. Previously, David served as the Head of People Technologies & Analytics at Apple from January 2005 to November 2012, overseeing a department with an $18M operating budget and a $52M capital expenditure budget. David managed a team of 25 employees, supporting 82,000 users across 90+ countries and leading the development of products in various sectors, including Human Resources, Retail, Information Technology, and Hospitality. Key achievements include providing scalable development capabilities to facilitate Apple's growth and establishing technological foundations for Apple University's in-house business school. David holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from San José State University.
