Wellness by PP is a friendly and welcoming community with an ethos based around bringing people together. Offering Mat Pilates, Desk Pilates, Yoga, and meditation, Wellness by PP encompasses a wholistic method to well-being, encouraging people to grow, connect with themselves, and others for support. We work with the body to feel stronger, and the mind to feel calmer.

Each facilitator and instructor at Wellness by PP has been carefully selected based on their high levels of experience and passion for helping others. Founder, Laura Roodhouse is highly driven to create environments that allow people to feel happiness.
