Catherine MacAdam

Catherine Macadam is an accomplished director and coach with extensive experience in supporting unpaid carers and enhancing the quality of management through coaching and development programs. As co-director of Coaching for Unpaid Carers CIC since May 2019, Catherine has focused on making coaching accessible to carers and raising awareness of their needs. Additionally, Catherine serves as a Specialist Carer Coach at Wellness Cloud. Previous roles include an Associate Lay Board Member for Equalities and Diversity with the NHS and Chair of the Patient Liaison Group at the BMA. With a rich background in organisational development at Haringey Council and a solid educational foundation in coaching and languages, Catherine has consistently contributed to improving services and support for both carers and the wider community.
