Will Cardwell

Will Cardwell is an accomplished entrepreneur and educator with extensive experience in investment and business development. Currently serving as the owner of WRC Investment Holding Oy and holding multiple partnership roles at Courage Ventures Funds and Open Circle Capital, Cardwell is also a key figure at Courage Ventures Oy, focusing on organizational transformation through innovation training. As a Professor of Practice at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, Cardwell teaches New Ventures Discovery in the MBA program. Additional leadership roles include Executive Chairman of HUOLETI Oy, Chairman of Wellness Foundry, and board member at xEdu and Treamer.
