Stuart Sinclair

Stuart Sinclair is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the health and wellness sector. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Commercial Director at Wellness Warehouse, the largest independent omni-channel retailer of health and wellness products in South Africa, Stuart also co-founded The Maia Group, which focuses on investing in purpose-driven consumer brands. Additional roles include Non Executive Director positions at True Health Holdings and Promeal (Pty) Ltd, as well as a prior Non Executive Directorship at Absolute Pets, the largest specialist pet care retailer in South Africa. Stuart's career includes significant experience in private equity with Infinitus Holdings and Leaf Capital, and a foundational role as a fund manager and analyst at Efficient Select. Stuart holds a CIMA degree in Accounting and Finance and an Honours degree in Economics and Investment Management from Stellenbosch University.
