Wellness Marketing Solutions helps remote managers achieve a balanced work-life through effective self-care strategies and practical digital wellness resources.

As founder and creator of Wellness Marketing Solutions, I aim to support corporate wellness leaders in retaining the right people by promoting self-care among remote team leaders to improve their digital well-being.

I have had the opportunity to:
•	Serve as a member of the Wellness and Success Committee of the Faculty of Humanities and Education, The UWI, Mona Campus
•	Serve on Health Fair Steering Committees, consult with organizations and health professionals to effectively support health outreach initiatives, and provide volunteer health counseling support.
•	Represented the Caribbean Public Health Agency ( CARPHA) at the Caribbean Wellness Week Planning Committee,2018 in Trinidad and Tobago.
•	Organise and coordinate a customized workplace wellness program, achieving a 50% increase in participation rate after six months of intervention.

Ready to take charge of your work-life balance?

My services and digital products provide convenient access to information for remote managers who cannot participate in onsite wellness programs, whether they are busy, health-conscious, isolated, homebound managers, creative freelancers, or parents.

I am happy to :
•	Create a practical blueprint to guide a daily transformative health ritual, capturing the most critical activities for your work schedule
•	Guide your transition to eating healthily, regardless of your budget
•	Provide coping strategies for work-life issues so that you remain resilient and productive.
