Martha Christopher

Martha Christopher is an ALX trained virtual assistant with a diverse background in customer service and support. Currently working as a Customer Success Associate at Wellnite since September 2022, Martha has successfully increased client retention rates to 89% by utilizing troubleshooting techniques and focusing on client satisfaction. Previous experience includes roles as a Customer Support Specialist and Virtual Assistant, where Martha honed skills in lead generation, calendar management, and project management. Martha also served as a Customer Service Representative at MarkTony Consult and Legend Interiors, managing client files and assisting a high volume of customers. Earlier roles included Office Secretary at the Delta State Ministry of Information and a Features Writer at National Mirror Newspaper.
