Nikki Ward

Nikki Ward has a diverse work experience in the HR field. Nikki started their career at Northern Foods as an HR Manager from September 2000 to August 2004. Nikki then joined Bakkavor as a Senior HR Business Partner, where they worked for sixteen years from August 2004 to July 2020. After a one-year career break from July 2020 to July 2021, Nikki Ward joined Wellocks as the Head of People in November 2021.

Nikki Ward attended Nottingham Trent University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a 2:1 BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies.
