Hector Ruiz

Hector Ruiz has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Hector began their career as a Healthcare Specialist in the Army National Guard in 2007, where they remained until 2017. Following this, they joined the State of California as an Administration Manager, overseeing administrative operations and personnel actions for the Sunburst Youth Academy. In 2017, Ruiz transitioned to DaVita Kidney Care as a Healthcare Operations Manager, responsible for managing the overall operations of an outpatient chronic hemodialysis facility. In 2019, they moved to Fresenius Medical Care North America as an Area Operations Manager, where they directed and controlled the day-to-day operations of multiple dialysis facilities and programs. Hector is currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations at Wellpath. Throughout their career, Ruiz has demonstrated accountability for financial management, compliance, and ensuring exceptional patient care.

Hector Ruiz holds a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Emergency and Disaster Management from the American Military University.
