Madelyn MacArthur

Madelyn MacArthur is a corporate attorney with experience in managing complex legal matters, including high-dollar internal restructuring and Chapter 11 proceedings at Wellpath. In the role of Corporate Counsel, Madelyn facilitated communication between internal partners and private equity management to address legal inquiries. Previous positions include Law Clerk, where Madelyn focused on drafting transactional documents and conducting corporate audits, and as a Summer Law Clerk at Quattlebaum, Grooms & Tull PLLC, assisting with commercial transactions and compliance research.
