Meredith Bergman

Meredith Bergman is a seasoned psychiatrist with experience in various settings, including a role as team psychiatrist at Helios Psychiatry, Inc. from April 2019 to November 2022, focusing on ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and the integration of functional medicine and emerging technologies. Prior experience includes inpatient psychiatry at Lenox Hill Hospital, leading a private practice at Mindful Psychiatry, and serving as attending psychiatrist at Bellevue Hospital, where acute mental illness in emergency situations was handled. Bergman has also provided care for medical students at NYU Langone Health and contributed to medical education as a clinical instructor.
