Ponmalar Wesley

Ponmalar Wesley, MS, LPC, MBA, is a seasoned mental health professional currently serving as the Program Administrator for Crisis Services at LifePath Systems since October 2022. In this role, Ponmalar manages various crisis programming efforts, including the Mobile Crisis Outreach Team, High Utilizer Group, and a crisis hotline. Ponmalar also collaborates with Behavioral Health Utilization Management to oversee funding for psychiatric beds. Previous experience includes positions at Wellpath, Collin County Detention Center, Medical City McKinney, and Exult Healthcare, providing crisis assessments, interventions, and therapeutic services.
