Raziuddin Ali

Raziuddin Ali, MD, MHCDS has a range of work experience in the healthcare industry. Raziuddin started their career at Commonwealth Hospitalist Services in 2011 as a Hospitalist, where they worked until 2014. Raziuddin then joined CareMore Health Plan as a Hospitalist and later became the Regional Medical Officer, responsible for overseeing clinical operations and managing Medicare and Medicaid lives in Richmond, Virginia. In 2018, they briefly worked as a Hospitalist at ApolloMD before joining TeamHealth as a Hospitalist in 2019. In 2020, they joined Wellpath, initially as a Medical Director and later became the Regional Medical Director before assuming their current role as the Vice President, Medical Director State and Federal.

Raziuddin Ali, MD, MHCDS completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology, General at Old Dominion University from 1998 to 2001. Following that, they pursued their Doctor of Medicine (MD) at Eastern Virginia Medical School, graduating in 2005. Raziuddin then completed a Transitional Residency at Riverside Regional Medical Center from 2005 to 2006. Continuing their medical education, Ali joined Eastern Virginia Medical School again for their Diagnostic Radiology Residency Program from 2006 to 2007. Raziuddin later undertook an Internal Medicine Residency Program at The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences, completing it from 2008 to 2011. In 2019, they obtained a Certificate in the Sorensen Political Leaders Program from the University of Virginia. Currently, Ali is pursuing a Master of Health Care Delivery Science at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, which they expect to complete in 2022.
