Richard Thelen

Richie Thelen is currently a Detox and Medication Assisted Therapy Nurse at Dane County Jail through Wellpath LLC. With an extensive nursing background that includes four years in an Intensive Care Unit and experience in EMS, Richie brings a wealth of knowledge to high-pressure environments. Having also served in various administrative roles, including as an Executive Assistant at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and the Export-Import Bank of the United States, Richie combines a strong work ethic with a calming presence. Richie holds a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and degrees in Political Science and Biology from other institutions.
