Stephanie Lada has over 20 years of work experience in various roles, primarily in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Stephanie currently serves as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Wellpath, where they focus on putting patients at the center of everything they do. Prior to this role, Stephanie worked at ManpowerGroup for over a decade, where they held the position of Director of Program Delivery. Stephanie was responsible for overseeing the strategy and operational success of multiple Recruitment Process Outsourcing partnerships. Stephanie also has experience as an Executive Recruiter, both as a business founder at Gateway Connections Group and as part of The Mergis Group - Spherion. Throughout their career, Stephanie has excelled in client development, sourcing top talent, and achieving impressive financial results. Stephanie has also held roles in resource coordination, job placement, and internships in various organizations, including Community Properties of Ohio, Goodwill Industries, and Boy Scouts of America. Stephanie has proven their ability to implement successful programs, secure funding, and achieve significant growth in fundraising.
