Steven Massie

Steven Massie has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in Human Resources. Steven most recently worked as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Wellpath, where they supported C-Suite and Field Medical and Nursing staff. Prior to that, they were a Principal Consultant at Next Step Consulting Group and served as the Director of Human Resources for the Mayor of Shelby County Government. Steven also worked as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at View, Inc., the Executive Director of Human Resources at Southwest Tennessee Community College, the Director of Human Resources at Nike, and the Sr. Director of Strategic Human Resources at McCain Foods. Earlier in their career, they held roles such as Regional HR Manager at Pactiv and Assistant Director of HR at Coca-Cola Enterprises.

Steven Massie has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. Steven also holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Washington.
