Troy Tucker

Troy Tucker has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Troy started their career in 1993 as a Supervisor at Raybestos Powertrain, LLC, where they worked until 2006. From 2007 to 2012, they served as a Manager at Precision Multimedia. In 2012, they joined Community Health Network as an Epic Software Support Specialist and a Kronos 6.3 Advanced Scheduler Trainer. Troy then moved on to Wellpath, where they held various roles including HRIS Analyst, Senior HRIS Analyst, Kronos System Administrator, HRIS Manager, Director of HRIS, and currently, Senior Director HRIS.

Troy Tucker obtained a Graduate Certificate in Health Information Technology from Indiana University Indianapolis in 2011. Before that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Technology/ Business Option from Purdue University in 2004. Troy'seducation began with an Associate's degree in Computer Technology/ Commercial from Purdue University in 2002. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in various topics related to HR and payroll management from Kronos Incorporated, with the most recent ones being in 2018 and 2017.
