Leta Faust

Leta Faust has a strong background in supply chain management and logistics, with relevant experience from various reputable organizations. At Caterpillar Inc., Leta identified opportunities to reduce carbon footprints for the 793F Large Mining Truck, and at Iowa State University, Leta participated in the SCM Competition Team to address practical supply chain scenarios. As an OFP Supply Management Intern at John Deere, Leta provided sourcing solutions and fostered supplier relationships. Currently serving as a Continuous Improvement Specialist at Wells Enterprises, Leta focuses on enhancing logistics operations. Previous roles also include working as a Supply Chain Analyst and Project Manager at SEKISUI Aerospace, and an Optimized Operations Supply Chain Analyst at 3M, where Leta led significant Lean Six Sigma projects that resulted in substantial cost savings. Education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management and Accounting from Iowa State University, with additional Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
