Ruby Garcia

Ruby Garcia is currently the Research/Remediation Manager at the Estate Care Center of Wells Fargo, a position held since 2020. Prior to this role, Ruby spent nearly two decades at Wells Fargo Bank as a Research and Escalation Supervisor. Ruby's career began at Heritage Marketing/PCI as the Quality and Operations Manager from 1993 to 2001, and they briefly worked as a Customer Service Representative at US Bank in 2001. Ruby earned a degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice from MSUM Moorhead between 1990 and 1993.
