Ryan Murphy is a Lead Technical Designer at Wells Lamont LLC, overseeing the product development process for full leather, hi-dexterity, and coated/basic gloves since April 2021. Prior to this role, Ryan worked as a Visual Merchandiser at Gethsemane Garden Center, enhancing sales through strategic seasonal pottery selection and visually engaging displays. Ryan also served as a Senior Resident Assistant at Campus Living Villages, effectively managing a variety of situations in the residents hall while ensuring respectful communication. Additionally, Ryan gained customer service experience as a Barista at Starbucks, where personalized attention helped build customer loyalty. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Product Development from the Academy of Art University, completed in 2021.
