Jackie Viramontez

Jackie Viramontez is an experienced EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) instructor and trainer with a diverse background in mental health and education. Currently serving as an EFT Instructor at WellSet, Jackie leads bi-weekly classes focused on various mental health topics. As a Master Level EFT Trainer for EFT International, Jackie specializes in training coaches and counselors in trauma-informed healing approaches. Previous roles include an EFT practitioner and trainer for EFTUniverse, where Jackie mentored aspiring practitioners, and authored the bestselling book "I Can't Believe I Dated Him," which explores emotional intelligence and healing. Jackie's dedication to community service is demonstrated through volunteer work with Mosaic, LA, training social workers internationally, as well as teaching English to middle school students through Teach for America and the Inner City Education Foundation. Jackie holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and English from Syracuse University and has also participated in a Semester at Sea program.
