Ashley Warner

Ashley Warner, OTRL, CLT, serves as a Utilization Review Clinician at WellSky since June 2025, following a role as Clinical Review Coordinator at Optum from December 2021 to April 2025, where responsibilities included documentation for authorization and reviewing OASIS documentation. Previous experience includes serving as a Certified Lymphedema Therapist and Occupational Therapist at MidMichigan Health between December 2016 and June 2022, focusing on lymphedema treatment and patient management. Additional roles encompass various occupational therapy positions in rehabilitation and home health settings, including a notable international fieldwork experience in Guatemala.
