Beth Heck

Beth Heck has extensive experience in client success and account management roles. Beth is currently working as the Vice President of Client Success at WellSky since 2022. Prior to this, they held various leadership positions at Press Ganey, starting as an Enterprise Account Manager in 2002 and working their way up to become the Vice President of Client Success. In their roles at Press Ganey, they were responsible for managing and developing teams, ensuring quality product delivery, meeting strategic goals, and implementing process improvements. Beth also has experience as a Marketing Manager at David Gomez & Associates from 1999 to 2002. Overall, they have a strong background in client success, account management, and leadership roles.

Beth Heck attended Saint Mary's College from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing and Management.
