Carl Lay has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Carl began their career in 2003 at The Austin Diagnostic Clinic as a Business Associate Coordinator, where they managed business functions and implemented policies to enhance customer service and efficiency. In 2007, they joined Xerox as a Sales & Solutions Executive, where they engaged with and closed deals for major accounts, consistently meeting monthly sales forecasts. In 2012, they moved to Kinnser Software as an Account Executive, eventually becoming a Senior Account Executive and an Enterprise Account Executive. Carl then transitioned to WellSky (formerly Kinnser), initially as a Senior Regional Account Executive and currently is the Regional Vice President of Sales. Throughout their career, Carl has demonstrated strong sales and leadership skills.
