Collin Chan

Collin Chan has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Collin started their career as an Engineering Manager at EASTGATE TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD. in Singapore in 1993. From there, they moved to IPM SERVICE CORPORATION as an R&D Engineer in 1997. In 1998, they joined Motorola as Director, Worldwide Field Applications & Support, and stayed there until 2004. Following this, they worked as Director, Core Tech at Electronic Arts in 2004. In 2005, Collin became VP Operations at Reddwerks and then moved on to SolarWinds as Director Global Technical Support from 2007 to 2010. Collin played a significant role in overhauling customer support operations and improving customer service during their time at SolarWinds. From 2010 to 2014, Collin served as a Board Member at Matrix Lighting. In 2012, they became Head of Customer Operations at Noesis Energy before transitioning to VP Customer Success at LogicMonitor in 2013. Currently, Collin is employed as SVP Engineering at WellSky, starting from 2016.

Collin Chan attended Western Michigan University from 1995 to 1997, where they pursued a degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE). Prior to that, they studied at Ngee Ann Polytechnic from 1984 to 1987. No specific degree or field of study is mentioned for their time at Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
