David Borowski earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Northern State University, which they attended from 1992 to 1996. David later pursued a Master of Social Work degree at New Mexico State University, where they studied from 1997 to 1999. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in ITIL Foundation from Global Knowledge Training in 2016.
