Heather Walker

Heather Walker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client success, operations, and training within the healthcare and education sectors. Currently serving as a Client Success Executive at WellSky since May 2022, Heather previously held various leadership roles at HomeWell Care Services, including Director of Opening Services and Director of Training & Partnerships, where significant achievements included developing nationwide training programs and managing vendor relationships. Earlier roles include Director of Operations and Training and Development Coordinator at HomeWell Senior Care, as well as administrative functions at Catholic Charities Fort Worth. Heather's diverse skill set is further complemented by experience in human resources as Human Resource Manager and extensive teaching background at Wichita Falls ISD. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor of Education with a minor in Psychology from Midwestern State University.
