Rick Dorman

Rick Dorman is an accomplished advisory board member and senior principal advisor with extensive experience in the consulting industry. Currently serving on the WellSky Human Services Advisory Board and as a senior principal advisor at ProspHire since December 2018, Rick has also provided independent consulting services to Deloitte Consulting LLP after retiring as a Principal in June 2018. With a significant tenure at Deloitte from 1990 to 2018, Rick held various roles, including Senior Technology Partner in the State Government practice and was involved in large-scale systems integration project management. Earlier in the career, Rick worked as a Systems Engineer and Supervisor at Electronic Data Systems. Rick earned a BA in Computer Science and Business Administration from Augustana University.
