Ruidi Tan

Ruidi Tan has extensive work experience in the field of user experience research and design. They have held various roles at different companies over the years. These include being a Principal User Experience Researcher at WellSky since 2021, Lead UX Researcher and Designer at CDK Global from 2019 to 2021, User Experience Lead at Mutual Mobile from 2016 to 2019, User Experience Architect at POSSIBLE from 2014 to 2016, and UX Researcher & Designer at Amway from 2012 to 2014. Prior to these roles, Ruidi worked as a UX & UI Designer at Thomson Reuters in 2011, a UX Designer at Fiserv in 2009, and a Technical Designer & Writer at the Georgia Department of Economic Development from 2008 to 2009.

Ruidi Tan holds a Master's Degree in Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Michigan - School of Information, which was obtained from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, Ruidi Tan completed a Bachelor's Degree in Technical Communication from Southern Polytechnic State University, between 2007 and 2009. Ruidi Tan has also obtained a UserZoom Core Certification from UserZoom in the year 2020.
