Simar Saluja has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of software engineering. Starting in 1999 with Xerox as a Software Engineer, Simar went on to work for companies like Eastman Kodak, bcgi, Cross Country Automotive Services, Phase Forward, and Oracle. In 2012, Simar joined Curaspan as a Manager of Software Development and later became a Principal Software Engineer. Simar then moved to naviHealth in 2016, holding various roles including Manager of Software Engineering, Director of Software Engineering, Senior Director of Engineering, and VP of Engineering. Simar continued their career at CarePort, powered by WellSky®, as the Vice President of Software Engineering before transitioning to the role of Vice President of Software Engineering - Payer and Emerging Markets at WellSky in 2023.
