Todd C. has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Todd started their career in 2001 as a Computer Operations specialist at Weber State University, providing technical support for networks and hardware. Todd then joined Senforce Technologies in 2003, where they worked as a Backline Support Engineer, Sales Engineer, QA, and Consultant. Todd continued their career at Novell, first as a Software QA Engineer and later as a Backline Support Engineer, providing customer support, creating test plans, and conducting quality testing. In 2010, Todd joined CA Technologies as a Customer Success Manager, assisting healthcare clients in maximizing the value of CA products. Todd then worked as a Software QA Consultant at Mosaic Software, LLC in 2011 before becoming a Senior Software Consultant at Software Technology Group, where they led projects, created test cases, and managed project status reports. From 2012 to 2018, Todd worked at Intermountain Healthcare as a Service Management DevOps Manager, responsible for managing projects, administering cloud vendor agreements, and providing security leadership. Todd then joined xMatters, Inc as a Senior Solutions Architect, aligning demonstrations with customer needs and owning the technical relationship with clients. Most recently, Todd worked at DocuSign as a Solution Architect, providing solutions to customer problems using Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). In 2023, Todd joined WellSky as a Senior Principal Enterprise Application Architect, utilizing their expertise to design enterprise applications. Throughout their career, Todd has demonstrated strong technical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and teams.

Todd C. received a Bachelor of Science degree in IS&T with an emphasis in Information Security from Weber State University, where they studied from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they attended Salt Lake Community College from 1999 to 2001 and obtained an Associate of Science degree in General Studies. Additionally, Todd C. has acquired various certifications from DocuSign, including certifications in workflow, insight administration, organization management, eSignature API, CLM, eSignature template, eSignature for Salesforce, Agreement Cloud, Intelligent Insights, and eSignature administration.
