Traci Thoureen

Traci Thoureen, MD, MMCi, FACEP is a seasoned emergency medicine physician with extensive experience in various medical leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Medical Director at WellSky and as an Emergency Medicine Physician for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Traci manages acute medical conditions for a significant veteran population. Previous positions include National Medical Director at Optum and Associate Medical Director at Landmark Health, where Traci focused on home-based care for polychronic patients and contributed to quality improvement efforts. Academic roles span over a decade, with faculty positions at Duke University Medical Center and the University of Maryland School of Medicine. Traci holds advanced degrees in management and clinical leadership from Duke University, alongside a Doctor of Medicine from St. George's University School of Medicine.
