Jenny Warnick

Jenny Warnick has extensive work experience in various leadership and legal roles. Jenny is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Wellsource and a Board Member at Deacon Construction, LLC. Prior to these positions, they served as the Vice President of International Business at Big Ass Fans from 2018 to 2022. Before that, they worked at JELD-WEN, Inc. as the VP & Deputy General Counsel from 2017 to 2018 and as an Associate General Counsel from 2009 to 2016. Jenny also held the role of Associate General Counsel at Planar Systems from 2007 to 2009. Jenny started their legal career as a Partner at Ater Wynne LLP from 2001 to 2007 and began their professional journey as a Paralegal Specialist at the U.S. Department of Justice from 1996 to 1998.

Jenny Warnick has a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Michigan Law School. Jenny also holds a Bachelor's Degree from Bryn Mawr College where they studied Russian and Political Science.
