Started as Freeware Spaces Group, a premier operator of co-working —the first mover in Indonesia who brought the concept of Freeware Co-working by launching Freeware Labs Antasari in 2012 where no other players in the market and was fully sponsored by one of the nation's leading energy companies to run their available/idle office space as a business incubator for the start-ups to work for free.

And now, recently re-branded into wellspaces Group, the new spirit is to carry on a vision that is not only limiting themselves to one type of portfolio. The two Co-founders also see a great opportunity of spaces in Indonesia alone with low to no occupancy to be altered into a revenue stream.

It is exactly the reason why the company was born as a problem resolution for the landlords, building owners and developers who have spaces to fill up, desires return of their investment through promising capital gains, and dream of converting their space into sustainable business.

Thus, wellspaces Group has created a new set of brands, that gives people a different choice. Spaces to count on, that are different enough to be fun. Genuinely charming spaces, where people feel comfortable to be productive, and just get on with the genuine connection amongst our team and members. Spaces that naturally stand out from the crowd.

The company now provides not only a great living experience to our members, but also an active discovery that the members can control. The spaces will inspire the members to be creative by giving them a new perspective. The new brands are also committed to create feelings of personal growth, enrichment and a sense of community and affiliation beyond delivering a beautiful design and accommodating spaces—where an environment that celebrates simplicity, authenticity and originality whereby familiar comforts are combined, with the indulgences of thoughtful amenities and features—creating spaces that’s not cookie-cutter.

Somewhere upscale, but with a genuine spirit.
