İpek Polat

İpek Polat is a Financial Analyst at Wellspect HealthCare since October 2022, focusing on financial, operational, profitability, and risk analyses, alongside internal auditing per SOX regulations. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements according to US GAAP, developing KPIs, and controlling costs and expenses. Prior to this, İpek served as an Experienced Senior Audit Consultant at PwC Türkiye and as a Senior Auditor at KPMG Turkey, where duties ranged from auditing financial statements under IFRS to team leadership and mentoring. İpek's education includes a degree from Bilkent University in the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences and a strong foundation from TED University and ODTÜ Geliştirme Vakfı Okulları.
