Wellsphere (and parent company Wellness Technology Services) are a modern, evidence-based wellness platform and consultancy focused on improving mental and physical health in the workplace. The company’s purpose is to bring evidence-based health and wellness to businesses and communities - specialising in prevention, at sustainable scale, in complex environments.

Our origins lie in the performance sciences for both elite professional athletes and complex operational environments. Since 2019 we have been applying our professional expertise and knowhow to leverage sensor and survey technologies with modern data platform stacks and AI powered lead indicators to uplift physical and mental wellbeing. 

Our purpose is deeply rooted in a "culture of prevention" driven by our own experiences of the impact of workplace mental and physical health and the inability to implement prevention at sustainable scale. Through our efforts to understand why the cycle of recurring physical and psychosocial risk continues to persist, we identified critical gaps in the information, technology and best practices available to both employees and their organisations.

We have collaboratively worked across various sectors, including airlines, logistics, education, defence, emergency services, corporate, and research. This has enabled the team to fine-tune best practices in complex, operational settings and showcase significant uplift across health, safety and productivity.
