Wellspring Meadows is a locally owned and operated Christian Assisted Living and In-Home care company. We have a fantastic reputation for maintaining one of the most respected facilities in North Idaho. We have been in business for over 17 years and have over 140 employees. Our main facility is located in Hayden, Idaho and has two beautiful homes with the capacity to care for 32 residents. We also serve clients in the privacy of their own home.
