At Wellspring Psychology our strength lies in a dynamic, compassionate and diverse team that creates a safe and nurturing environment where everyone feels truly seen, heard and valued. This client-focused approach emphasizes therapeutic relationships built on an emotional bond of trust, caring, respect, collaboration and the “work” that lies ahead.

We believe that healing begins with each unique individual … and their ability to prioritize themselves and their wellbeing. We offer a safe and supportive environment to guide people on a journey toward recognizing their own inner strengths and to heal from within.

We believe that therapy is about a greater understanding and acceptance of self and suffering. It’s about the courage to be vulnerable and commit to an honest, open relationship with ourselves, and with others in the world around us.

Our staff of clinicians reflect the world around them, rich in a diversity of culture, backgrounds, personalities and techniques. It is our honor to meet people where they are, and to create a safe, nurturing environment where human connections thrive. We stand together, and proud, to see suffering transformed through meaning-making and the power of relationships.
