Matt Hamilton

Matt Hamilton serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations and COO at Wellspring Worldwide since September 2008, where responsibilities include leading Product, Technology, Customer Success, and Services, building and organizing teams through various funding stages, and designing analytics for technology transfer products. Previously, Matt held the position of Industry Liaison at the University of Pennsylvania, focusing on research collaboration, business development, and technology transfer from September 2000 to July 2004. As a co-founder of Ocular Technologies from 2002 to 2004, Matt contributed to product development, business strategy, and advanced manufacturing. Additional experience includes serving as Engineering Manager at Grey Pilgrim from January 1999 to August 2000. Matt holds a Ph.D. in Engineering and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University, a Master's in Material Science from Stanford University, and a Bachelor's in Material Science from Northwestern University.
