Sean Downs

Sean Downs currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Wellspring Worldwide, a leader in R&D and Innovation Management Software for various sectors, including corporations and universities. In addition, Downs co-founded and leads the Sumba Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to humanitarian assistance in Sumba, Indonesia. Previously, Downs held CEO positions at PriceSpider, Healthx, and Enclarity, the latter of which was acquired by LexisNexis. As an Operating Partner at Frontier Capital, Downs contributed to various ventures, including talentReef and Q-Centrix. Early in career, Downs held significant roles at FICO and HNC Software, specializing in analytics and healthcare solutions. Downs earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from San Diego State University.
