Carlota R. is a Senior Product Designer with over 14 years of experience leading user-focused design, prototyping, and strategy to create impactful digital products. Previously, they have held roles such as Design Lead at Pitch, where they shaped product vision and owned the product roadmap, and Senior UX Designer at eDreams ODIGEO, focusing on improving ecommerce strategies. Carlota has taught UI Design and Prototyping for a Master's program and has designed for multiple organizations, honing skills in user research, wireframing, and interaction design. They are currently a Senior Product Designer at Welltech and also serve as a Staff Product Designer at PhantomBuster.
