Elle Pope is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in engagement and retention strategies. Currently serving as Director of Engagement & Retention at Welltech since February 2024, Elle previously held various roles at Block and Clearpay, including Growth Marketing Lead and CRM Manager. Elle's career began at Costa Coffee and progressively advanced through positions at WAA, Publicis Chemistry, and Digitas UK. Elle holds a CIM Professional Diploma in Marketing from the University of Derby and a degree in Marketing with Languages from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
