Fermin Garcia is a seasoned motion designer with extensive experience in creating data-driven videos for global performance marketing. Currently serving as a Senior Motion Designer at Welltech since July 2025, Fermin specializes in leveraging AI tools for process optimization and rapid idea testing. Previously, Fermin worked at Glovo as a Mid Motion Designer, managing video advertising campaigns across 14 markets in Southeast Europe and Africa. Fermin's background includes roles as a Motion Designer and Chief Brand Officer at Plus Etc, as well as instructional positions in motion graphics and illustration at the Instituto de Diseño de Valencia and Arturo's Michelena University.
