Iryna Kikalo

Iryna Kikalo is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across notable companies. Currently serving as the HRBP Manager for Marketing, Data, and People Functions at Welltech since April 2024, Iryna previously held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Grammarly, where responsibilities included coaching managers and facilitating performance reviews. Other significant roles include HR Lead at Grid Dynamics, Head of HR at Ignite, and Head of HR CoE at Luxoft. Iryna has a strong background in establishing HR functions, managing performance processes, supporting learning and development initiatives, and implementing people management practices.
