Jessica is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various prestigious establishments. Currently serving as Chef De Partie at Pt. Leo Estate since September 2021, Jessica previously held similar roles at Woodman Estate and Longitude 131°. With a strong foundation in culinary leadership demonstrated during a seven-year tenure at Bolero Brasserie as Head Chef, Sous Chef, and Chef de Partie, Jessica also gained experience as Demi Chef de Partie at Mozaic Restaurant and as a Cook at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. Early in the career, Jessica completed an internship at Steigenberger Hotels and Resorts. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Administration/Management from Swiss German University, earned between 2003 and 2007.
