Kostya Meleshko

Kostya Meleshko is a seasoned data scientist with extensive experience in optimizing logistics and operational processes across multiple companies. Currently employed at Welltech since June 2023, Kostya previously worked at StatysTech, where significant achievements included reducing late deliveries from 8% to 3% and decreasing lost parcels by 10% through machine learning models. Prior roles at airSlate involved enhancing support team efficiencies and developing predictive models for chargebacks and churn, while earlier positions at Together Networks and MEGOGO focused on data analysis, dashboard creation, and performance tracking.
