Mykhailo R.

Mykhailo R. is a Senior Corporate Counsel at Welltech, specializing in corporate, commercial, IT, and tax law since 2024. Previously, Mykhailo served as the Head of Tax Practice at Wolf Theiss from 2014 to 2021, where they focused on corporate and individual taxation, M&A transactions, and regulatory compliance. They also worked as a Senior Associate at AEQUO Law Firm and held various positions in prominent law firms, including Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Allen & Overy. Mykhailo holds a Master's degree in Law from the National Technical University of Ukraine and is currently pursuing a Pre-LLM in American/U.S. Law at Chicago-Kent College of Law.
