Raz Schwartz

Raz Schwartz is a seasoned professional in design, research, and innovation, currently serving as Senior Director of Design, Research & Content at Welltech since October 2023. Previously, Raz was Head of New Product Innovation at Spotify, where responsibilities included leading product research and design efforts, identifying new revenue opportunities through emerging technologies, and managing innovation teams across the US and EMEA. Prior experiences include roles as UX Research Manager at Facebook, where leadership focused on AR/VR UX research, and as UX Research Lead at Oculus VR. Raz's academic background includes a Post Doctoral Researcher position in Human-Computer Interaction at Cornell University, a Ph.D. in Science, Technology and Society from Bar-Ilan University, and a Master's in Law, alongside a Bachelor's in Economics & Communication from Tel Aviv University.
